Matthew Gould, an attorney, has had a distinguished career in both law and business. A veteran in the entertainment arena, Gould's expertise lies specifically within the film and music sectors. As an entertainment attorney, Gould has represented numerous music artists, music labels, actors, production companies, studios and distribution entities.
In addition to a successful entertainment based law practice, Gould owns and operates Grey Man Management, through which he manages several music artists. Most recently, Gould has been working with five time Grammy nominee, Billy Smiley as well as industry newcomer, Myles David Lancette and 12 year old sensation, Lea Cappelli.
In addition to his entertainment based pursuits, Gould has utilized his entrepreneurial and marketing skills to build several successful companies. In 1998, along with partner Louis Silberman, Gould created Arveo, a marketing and distribution company. In 2004 the partners created Physicians Skin Institute, a full service medical spa; National Laser Institute, a nationally recognized medical aesthetics trade school and Illuma Studios, a full service production studio for both music and film. Gould and Silberman were recently featured as two to watch by Arizona Business Magazine. Illuma Studios was recently featured in the Airpark News.

Louis J Silberman is an entrepreneur known for founding and leading Health4her.com, a women's health and beauty retailer. Louis launched Health4her out of his garage in 1998 and it quickly became one of the only profitable online retail health companies and the sixth most visited pharmacy site in the world. Louis later created and marketed Seven Day Smoke Away, an all natural stop smoking product, which became a Success via Internet, Television and DR marketing. Mr Silberman is the Author of Internet Business Dreams (Online marketing book) and "Make It Happen" (motivational DVD helping individuals turn their passions into a business). In 1997 Louis met Matt Gould and the partnership has flourished. Louis has been written up in Entrepreneur Magazine and Fortune Small Business. He lives in Scottsdale Arizona. He has two children.
